CAMILLA MORE Executive Producer “I saw Mushka Water after Cameron had completed his first pass at editing the film and was captivated by its originality, off beat style and above all, its humor. I offered to facilitate the production and post production in any way, as I felt Mushka Water would be enjoyed by many and therefore must be seen.” Camilla More has spent many years in front of the camera as an actress. starring and co-starring in numerous movies, including the cult favorite Friday Thirteenth Part IV and French comedy Le Jumeau with her twin sister, Carey. She also had contract roles in the Soap Operas Days Of Our Lives and General Hospital, and numerous guest leads including Cheers. In the past five years she has formed her own Production company and is involved in a number of projects, including The Waterbabies, written by Julian More. Currently she is co-writing a black comedy with Cameron Lowe LISA McLAUGHLIN- STRASSMAN Executive Producer "I wanted to help Cameron with Mushka Water because I believe in him and his projects. Cameron has a unique gift and quality when he is behind a camera, he becomes almost invisible and allows the truth to be revealed." Before Lisa McLaughlin - Strassman left Ireland two years ago, she worked for many years in the Irish Film Industry, firstly as an A.D, Location Manager and then Production Manager. When she arrived in America Lisa began working with Homeless people on the streets of Los Angeles. She is currently setting up her own non-profit organization in an effort to integrate Homeless people into the revitalization of Downtown Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Lisa also is working with other Homeless Advocates and organizations on a campaign to end criminalizing Homelessness. Lisa is currently producing a Documentary on Homelessness in Los Angeles with Cameron Lowe. return to top | SANANDA VIETOR Fortimbras "I loved the script so much I crashed the audition. Its off beat mystical story offered a quirky and unique perspective on romance". Sananda was raised in Northern California but moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. He studied the Michael Chekhov acting technique and comedy improv, joining the comedy troupe Full Metal Improv and performing in LA clubs. Sananda’s film roles include the leads in The Longest Line directed by Matt Enright, and Penalized directed by Brian Balcheck. His TV credits include a recurring role in S Club 7 and guest leads in Clueless and Seventh Heaven. He has also been a principal character in over fifteen national commercials, including Sprite, Toyota and Doritos. Sananda is a championship surfer, singer/songwriter/ guitarist, and enjoys working on classic cars. NATALIE MANDRICK Marina "I was drawn to Mushka Water instantly because the story encompasses the thrill, intrigue, longing and mystery of love between two people. I related to the character of Marina , and enjoyed her bold and confident manner, her knowledge of the power of her words and the effect she has on Fortimbras. I felt I was a part of a truly wonderful story and working with Sananda was amazing as he has depth and sensitivity that is very rare to find." Natalie has worked on other independent film projects including Hostage, Respite Care, and Pantomime with Freud. Her most recent project is The Futurist where she plays a bright and driven scientist, determined to accomplish her top-secret project no matter what the cost. Natalie currently lives in Los Angeles and visits Montana’s northwestern beauty twice a year to see her family and ride horses. Cameron's very original script immediately had me laughing." Robert McAtee grew up in a small Indiana town on the banks of the Ohio River. After attending Indiana University, he moved to Los Angeles where he continued his studies, including private instruction with legendary actor Allan Rich. Robert was cast in a leading role in the feature Touch My Girl directed by Christian Laursen. Also a musician, he was subsequently hired to compose the score for the film, and Touch My Girl went on to premiere at the Dances With Films film festival in June 2004. Robert just completed playing Clifford in the classic play Deathtrap at the Hollywood Fight Club Theater. Currently Robert is working on two motion soundtrack albums with filmmaker Nicollete Gallagher, with whom he will also star in the feature films Studio City and Untitled Romantic Dramedy. He is also producing and starring in a two character feature Seven Sentences. www.RobertMcAtee.com OTO BREZINA Bosnian Shopkeeper Born of native Eastern European roots, Oto Brezinaâ received basic and advanced training in acting at the Academy for Art Studies. Since his relocation to the USA he has completed a variety of projects, such as the comedy features "Excuse Me","The Rainy Season", and "The Frankensteins: Rock n' Roll Dreams". Dramatic features includes, "Jesus is Coming" and "Crazy Jones" .He also stars in a dual role in the double length feature, "The Empirist",. Notable roles in several short movies include, "Bettie Page- the Dark Angel", "Siegfried and Roy: The Magic Box", "The Black Water", and "My Hero Rachmaninoff". TARA CLARK Olga "When I saw Cameron's break down for Olga in Mushka Water, I knew I wanted the role. I was passionate to bring my perception of a young mother living and raising her child in the changing and challenging enviroment of Bosnia. more | I was nervous when I learnt that all my lines were in Serbo-Croatian, but when I saw Napoleon who plays my son, Mladen, quietly rehearsing his lines, I was inspired. Tara Clark was born in San Francisco and raised in Southern California. She has starred and co-starred in a string of independent films including: "Into the Dead Room", "Son of Sango", "The Writer", "Making Mary Stay", "God on Trial", Psyched Out", Ms. North", "Mr. Graves", "Mantra Mess", and now in production,"Rebellion , directed by Jesse Levy. To her role in Mushka Water, she brings her experience of Eastern Europe where she lived for two years while serving in the US Peace Corps. KEN JOHNSON Ibrahim Ken Johnson comes from a broad and deep stage background, having performed in over 35 Shakespearean and modern dramas, comedies. musicals and operas. He is currently appearing in a production of"Blood Relations". Ken has also worked in film and TV in such productions including, "Hollywood Homicide", "What Planet are you From?", "To Tell the Truth",and numerous TV commercials. ARMAND NAPOLEAON KIRSHMAN Mladen Armand had just turned six when Mushka Water was filmed and it was his first speaking role in which he spoke partly in Serbo - Croatian.He enjoyed working with Cameron Lowe and decided to perform in more movies. Since then he has been in a number of USC and Chapman University student movies , one of which he won the lead role.He has participated in plays at the Laguna Playhouse and participitates in the weekly South Coast Repertory Youth Program.
